Privacy policy

Last updated 25 October 2026.

In short: this website uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. The 3329lens scanner works offline and sends nothing anywhere. If you buy 3329lens Pro, we hold only what we need to provide your licence.

Who is responsible

Lomyen Ltd is the controller of the personal data described here. We are registered in England and Wales, company number 17384504, registered office 61 Bridge Street, Kington, HR5 3DJ, United Kingdom. For anything about your data, email contact@3329lens.dev.

Visiting this website

The site is static and is served by Cloudflare. Like any web server, Cloudflare processes your IP address, browser details and the pages you request in order to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Cloudflare does this on our behalf, as our processor. We do not use this information to profile you, and we set no cookies.

Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure website.

Using the 3329lens software

The scanner runs entirely on your machine and makes no network requests. It does not send us, or anyone else, your code, your inventory, file paths or usage data. A Pro licence is checked offline, so using Pro does not change this.

Emailing us

If you email us, including security reports, we keep your name, address and the message to reply and to keep a record of the conversation. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering you. We keep correspondence for up to two years after it ends, or longer where it relates to a purchase or a security report we still need to track.

Buying 3329lens Pro

Purchases are handled by Polar, our reseller and Merchant of Record. Polar collects your payment and billing details and processes them under its own privacy policy, as an independent controller. Card details are handled by Polar's payment processor and never reach us.

Polar shares with us the details we need to provide Pro: your name, email address, organisation name (if given), country, and the status of your order and subscription. We use them to issue and manage your licence, provide support, and tell you about renewals, price changes and changes to our terms.

Our lawful bases are performing our contract with you and, for accounting records, complying with our legal obligations. We keep purchase records for six years after the end of the financial year they relate to, as UK tax law requires, and other customer data for as long as your subscription is active plus one year.

We do not send marketing email unless you have asked for it.

Who we share data with

We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers process data outside the UK, including in the United States. Where they do, the transfer is covered by UK adequacy regulations or by the UK's approved contractual safeguards.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to receive a copy in a portable format. Email contact@3329lens.dev. We will reply within one month.

If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk. We would be grateful for the chance to put things right first.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top. If a change materially affects customers, we will tell them by email.
